Miso-Soup
With udon noodles and tofu
- Hikari – soy paste miso red – or others according to taste
- Suki Japanese Udon Noodles – or others you can get
- Fresh tofu (soft)
- Soya sauce
- Chives
Simply dissolve 2-4 tablespoons of miso in tepid water. More miso equals a stronger flavor. Increase the temperature and add the fresh udon noodles. As soon as they begin to climb, add the tofu. Season the soup with soy sauce and decorate the bowl with chives. It’s as simple as that.
